      HaiDa QingNeng Ship (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was established in January 2022, with its research and development center located in the Chuangke Center of Dalian Maritime University. The company is situated in Ganjingzi District, Dalian, Liaoning Province, and has established operation centers in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta to vigorously promote inland river hydrogen-powered ship projects. The company is a national high-tech enterprise, an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Dalian, and a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Dalian. It possesses the China Classification Society's qualification for welding small-sized hydrogen pipelines and the second-level enterprise qualification for building aluminum alloy fishing vessels. Additionally, it serves as a council member unit of the China Shipbuilding Engineering Society, an executive director unit of the Liaoning Shipbuilding Engineering Society, a vice chairman unit of the Dalian Fishery Equipment Association, and the leading unit of the Dalian New Energy Ship and Boat Industry-University-Research Alliance. Furthermore, it has become a graduate training base of Dalian Maritime University.       As a subsidiary of Wuxi Lihu Booster Technology Co., Ltd., a company controlled by Quanzhou Water Group, a state-owned enterprise in Quanzhou City (listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code 300694), our company has always adhered to the business philosophy of "leading with technology and achieving win-win through cooperation" since its establishment. We focus on two core product areas: "hydrogen-based energy ships" and "small intelligent ships". We specialize in providing hydrogen-based energy power solutions and developing and constructing small intelligent ships.       The company team has accumulated nearly ten years of professional experience, deeply participating in the research and development implementation of national-level ship and boat scientific research projects, topics, national key research and development projects, and international cooperation projects. In recent years, the company has strategically focused on the fields of new energy ships and intelligent ships, undertaking the "Research on Inland River 64TEU Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power Container Ship" research topic from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Transportation, and the "Development and Industrialization Demonstration Application of Wood-to-Aluminum Fishing Boats" project from the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The company holds dozens of patents related to hydrogen energy ships and has won multiple awards in the hydrogen energy ship industry. The one-stop solution for hydrogen energy ships proposed by the company, "One-Stop Solution for Hydrogen Energy Ships," has been included in the second batch of scenario capability lists by the Wuxi Municipal Government in 2025. Currently, there are only four hydrogen energy ships in China that have obtained construction permits from classification societies, with Haida Qingneng accounting for two, representing a 50% share.

      The company is committed to promoting the large-scale application and industrialization development of "clean energy + smart shipping". Currently, it has established deep industry-university-research cooperation relationships with well-known domestic research institutions such as Dalian Maritime University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Dalian University of Technology, mastering multiple core technologies in hydrogen-powered ships and intelligent ships. At the same time, the company has completed the research, design, and successful operation of "Lihu", China's first hydrogen fuel cell yacht; undertaken the research, design, system and integration, and construction of "Lihu Future", China's first classified offshore hydrogen-powered ship, which was successfully launched; and undertaken the design and complete hydrogen power system assembly of "Dongfang Qingang", China's first inland river hydrogen fuel cell-powered container ship, which has been officially completed and obtained the China Classification Society (CCS) domestic navigation ship classification certificate, and successfully completed its first remote trial voyage. Our company, in collaboration with Weishi Energy, has jointly developed China's first mobile hydrogen power generation cabin for ships, which is the first overseas project for China's hydrogen-powered ships. This project is applied to a Brazilian hydrogen-powered research vessel and has been successfully delivered and showcased at the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30).       In the future, the company will increase its investment and actively expand the market for hydrogen fuel cell power systems for various types of ships, including cargo ships, passenger ships, and official ships, both domestically and internationally, as well as on China's inland rivers. As a "leading enterprise in China's hydrogen energy ship supply chain", the company will make full use of the valuable experience accumulated from projects and its advantages in technology research and development, product design, and system integration. It will actively integrate upstream and downstream resources, starting from the application end to connect the entire hydrogen energy industry chain of "hydrogen production, storage, transportation, refueling, and utilization", providing customers with a one-stop hydrogen energy ship solution and promoting the development of the hydrogen energy industry chain.
